The Introduction to Restorative Yoga is a one off 90 minute workshop gently introducing you to the practice of Restorative yoga , guiding you through basic Restorative poses and will also include the use of some simple breathing techniques.

During the session we will discover what Restorative Yoga is and how it differs from other types of yoga , explore it’s origins and identify the associated benefits.

The principles of Restorative Yoga will be outlined.
